I've always hated mechanics, I honestly couldn't give you a good reason why, but the second I walk into a shop I usually shut down. Not at Mario's, they were flexible with me, understanding, and were willing to answer all my (probably stupid) questions. There was no pressure, they give you the facts of what needs to be done, and leave it up to you on how you want to proceed. Great shop with great business practices!
