Wonderful family that takes care of all your vehicle's needs! The owner is honest and down to earth. He never dumbs down the information when he is explaining car problems, but does a great job checking in with the client and using various analogies and/or diagrams to help the car owner understand what's going on. Their prices are really good! Honestly, they probably charge too little.

As a woman I can truly say I trust this shop, especially since his office staff is mostly female and the most friendly group ever. Mario has saved my car many times. He really explains the issues to you and makes sure you understand whats wrong; when he diagnoses your car he always lets you know what is the highest priority, which is always keeping your safety at the top of the list. Mario's is very well priced, especially since I have never had issues with faulty service which is priceless in my book. I know I will be returning year after year and sharing this Houston gem with all my friends.
